Minimal posterior, cranial displacement of the fracture fragments noted.the consulted doctor suggested surgery is the option and i am looking to avoid it. I will be really happy if some doctor has a opinion otherwise.

It may be post inflammatory hyperpigmentation. it needs to be diagnosed properly after examination and dermoscopy. Dermatologist are best person this. Visit one.

ESR in multiple myeloma is raised because of the presence of abnormally high protein levels. ESR levels were raised in 65.3% cases of multiple myeloma.

Why does multiple myeloma cause bone pain?

Multiple myeloma grows in cortical bone and bone marrow which causes generalized thinning or damage to local bone, which is known as Osteoporosis.

The main cause of bone pain in multiple myeloma is due to soft spots in the bone or osteolytic lesions. On an x-ray it appears as holes. These spots in the bone are painful.

Any bone can be affected but most common bones which gets affected are ribs or back.

Pneumonia is most likely the cause for multiple myeloma. Except cancer there are other chronic diseases and infections which is found as a common cause of death in people with multiple myeloma.

Yes, it is hereditary and it runs in the family.

A person who is having parent or sibling with multiple myeloma has high chances of getting it than a person who do not have a family history for this.

Please check the soap,body wash or any other products used during bathing. Try using gentle baby soaps.Still if it persists with red patches on body, please see a Dermatologist.
