What are the White Patches Inside my Mouth?
I've got rough patches on the inside of my mouth. They're white and the area around is red and purple. They've been there for a while(left side a lot longer than the right) and are often are painful when pressure is put on it like my tongue or when I brush my teeth. Its been ages and I don't know what's going on.

You could be facing candidiasis or oral thrush, which is an infection derived from a yeast overpopulation in your mouth. I will be recommending a dentist or an oral surgeon to have a proper diagnosis and treatment. Thus, they may ask you to see a dentist named an oral pathologist for a more detailed examination.
