  •  you can sleep on your side after 6 weeks post-surgery to get the best possible result. 
  •  sleep on your back for at least 2 months after the procedure as it will help reduce pressure on your newly treated breast to be in a natural  position and minimize the swelling. 
  •  Sleeping on your side is ok after complete recovery, but avoid doing so right after your procedure. 
  •  if you are a side sleeper who tends to roll and move around a lot while sleeping, then placing a pillow under each arm will stop you from  doing so.
