My 7 year old daughter has black stains on her teeth since 2 years.I got them removed from a dentist a year ago but they are back again.She doesn't drink tea/ coffee/cold drinks.What is the reason for the stains and what is the treatment?

The stains can come back , if the oral hygiene is not proper.
