  • Bending over or lying flat on your back for the first few days.
  • Sleeping on your stomach or side for the first week.
  • Avoiding blowing your nose for at least two weeks.
  • Wearing glasses or sunglasses for the first two weeks.
  • Strenuous activity and exercise for at least four weeks.
