Patient's Query

Ami Bangladesh.akjon manosik rogi

Answered by Dr. Vikas Patel

Mental health challenges can manifest in various ways, including persistent sadness, anxiety, or difficulties concentrating. These issues can arise from stress, trauma, genetics, or environmental factors. It's important to remember that you're not alone, and help is available. Strategies such as regular exercise, healthy eating, and maintaining a supportive social network can significantly improve well-being. Mindfulness and relaxation techniques might also be beneficial. However, seeking guidance from a psychiatrist is vital for tailored support and treatment.

I can't sleep I have tachycardia anxiety. Haven't slept for 2 days. I have lorazepam here how much should I take, I have never took anything like that.

Male | 35

The first thing to do is to make an appointment with your family doctor or a specialist to discuss your tachycardia anxiety. Lorazepam self-medication is not advised, and this is especially for those who have never used this drug. Taking the wrong dosage might lead to negative effects and it could also lead to other health problems. For this condition, you will need to consult a professional for a competent diagnosis and the most useful treatment.

Hie I'm ishita I'm 19 yrs old ..so idk why I'm feel anxious continuously nd I feel shivernesss and something in my abdomen nd my chest becomes heavy

Female | 19

It is anxiety that you are facing. This can lead to trembling, palpitation, shortness of breath, and stomach tightness.  Try taking deep breaths, talking to someone you trust, and doing activities you enjoy. Drinking water and receiving enough sleep may help, too. It's important to keep reminding yourself that the feelings you have are normal and that the situation may get better eventually.

dr . i use risperidone now i stopped it. after risperidone i use tryptophan and tyrosine supplements but problem is my serotonin and dopamine level not increase it decrease my neurotransmitter level .this problem come i use risperidone haloperidol drugs. i use herbal (mucuna pruriens ,5htp) and amino acid supplements for neurotransmitter it same my serotonin dopamine level decreased. dr why it happened ?how to it cure. ?

Male | 23

Addressing issues related to neurotransmitter levels requires consultation with a psychiatrist or neurologist. Discontinuing medications such as risperidone and haloperidol can lead to a drop in serotonin and dopamine levels. Additionally, the use of supplements like tryptophan, tyrosine, 5-HTP, and mucuna pruriens may also affect neurotransmitter levels. It's essential to consult a specialist for proper diagnosis and treatment of any potential imbalances beforehand.
