i have a ear ache on my right ear after lying on my right side for too long with headphones.

Having headphones on while lying on your side for long periods can cause pain in your ear. This happens due to pressure and friction in the ear canal. To ease earache symptoms, take breaks from wearing headphones frequently. Apply a warm compress to the affected ear. Avoid sleeping on that side until the pain goes away. If discomfort continues, it is advisable to consult an ENT specialist.

I am a 15 year old male and for the past 2 or 3 days I have had pain in my left semi-outwards upper ear.
