You have lower back pain, despite seeing a specialist for a year. Back troubles come from many causes: age, diabetes, overexerting yourself. Doctors use MRIs to find out why. Managing the discomfort involves easy workouts, good posture, medicines. But listen to your doctor first.

Since you don't have a fever, that's a good sign. Weakness in the legs can be due to various reasons, such as dehydration, vitamin deficiencies, or even excessive physical activity. I'd recommend staying hydrated, eating a balanced diet rich in vitamins, and taking some rest. If the weakness persists or gets worse, it would be best to consult a doctor for a thorough evaluation. Take care of yourself!

Good day; I've experienced this problem for over 17yrs till date. The problem is that; If I happen to skip food for almost a day, my entire bones begin to excruciatingly pain me from deep inside every bone and joint, and once the pain starts it will last for another 24hrs even if I eat later on. Pls What's wrong with me?

Male | 30

Based on your description, it could be related to something called hypoglycemia, which is when your blood sugar drops too low from not eating. When this happens, your body might react with those intense bone and joint pains. In fact, it's important to eat regularly to keep your blood sugar stable. I would recommend seeing a diabetologist for a check-up to rule out any other underlying issues. In the meantime, try to eat small, frequent meals to prevent those episodes.

Male | 27

Acupuncture points help in rehabilitation of anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) . Using the local and distal points in acupuncture, it helps in repair of ligaments and reduces the rehabilitation time.
Acupuncture combined with seed and magnet therapy, moxibustion have miraculously helped in treating ACL tear naturally I.e without surgery.
One can lead a normal life once a patient is pain free.
The treatment time depends on the severity of the patient but nonetheless 12- 15 sessions will be required which will help reduce the pain and repair the ligament. Further course of treatment can be advised post the knee scan.

I’m 56 year old lady. I have pain in left hand since last 2 months. My Vitamin D recent one week ago test shows value 23.84 Is it due to Vitamin D deficiency? Please guide.

Female | 56

Your left hand pain could be linked to a Vitamin D deficiency, as doctors suggest. Common symptoms of this deficiency include body pain, muscle weakness, and bone pain. Vitamin D helps keep our bones strong, and when we don’t have enough, we can feel pain in our muscles and bones. To boost your Vitamin D levels, spend some time in sunlight or take a Vitamin D supplement as advised by your doctor.
