First you need to be clinically evaluated for your symptoms and signs. And then a standing knee X-ray to evalute the grade of Osteoarthritis.

Grade 1,2 and upto 3 - stem Cell therapies like PRP, ACS ADMSCs can be tried. But there is no guarntee

Grade 4 Osteoarthritis will require Total Knee Replacement

Other things to be noted - You might be having Meniscus root tear or other pathologies which might need MRI for evaluation and treatment
