Hi, I just got my results back from a lumbar MRI and it says I have buldging associated with anular tear discs L4 and L5. And deshidrated discs L4 and L5. What does this mean? I am a 16 year old male. Currently sick with Covid, had fever for three days, now all good, however still positive. Today out of nowhere I started to feel some heel pain when walking, on my outside right heel. And I noticed it was mainly when taking my foot off the ground.
