Sir I am operation hydrocell right side 1yr compited but hydrocell paining and one one time vain pain my doctors tell me no problem sir second time operation hydrocell my.
Male | 37
It's not uncommon for hydroceles to recur after surgery. The pain you're feeling could be due to fluid accumulation or inflammation in the area. Sometimes, a small blood vessel can get irritated, causing that vein pain you mentioned. In fact, a second operation may be necessary to address these issues. I recommend discussing this with your urologist again. In the meantime, wearing supportive underwear and avoiding activities that worsen the discomfort can help.

Ive had a ruptured appendix surgery last Sunday. Yesterday, I noticed that my incision produces fluids. I am taking celecoxib, cefuroxine and metronidazole. Is my incision infected?
Female | 19
If you notice any fluids leaking from it, this could mean there’s an infection. Other signs of infection may be redness, warmth, swelling, and pain around the area where the incision was made. Usually infections are caused by bacteria. It’s crucial that you get in touch with your surgeons as soon as possible so that they could adjust your drugs or give you additional treatment if necessary.

A nurse wiped the arm with alcohol and then touched the arm to check the nerve with bare hands and then injected the needle to collect blood. She didn't even sanitized her hand as I saw her drawing other patients blood. Could it transmit HIV or hep b?
Male | 23
The risk of HIV or Hepatitis B infection from the scenario you told me about is extremely low. HIV and Hepatitis B are primarily transmitted through the infection of the blood of the infected persons. The symptoms may include being feeble, jaundice, or flu-like symptoms.

As a healthy 30 y/o male with normal blood-coagulation, and not currently on drugs, what should I drink after suffering a finger laceration that leads to blood loss? Approximately a teaspoon, as I quickly applied pressure and administered aid on myself. Normally, I'd drink water, but given the small appendage damaged, I don't want to thin my blood out too much.
Male | 30
If you cut your finger and it bleeds a little bit, the best thing to do is drink small sips of water. Don’t worry too much—this will not greatly thin your blood. It will keep you hydrated and aid in recovery for the body. If you start feeling faint or dizzy, take a seat for some time while elevating your legs so that blood can return flowing towards the brain.

For a year now, I've had a flattened bump on my under arm. It first started out as a blackhead, so I popped it. After that it stayed for several months. I tried to pop it still several times but it was to painful. When I finally popped it, a brown, rock solid nugget popped out of it. Now, it has flattened down but is still purple-ish, giving the impression of being bruised, and still looks as if there is something still inside. What is it?
Female | 13
Looks like a Sebaceous cyst.
These cysts have to be removed surgically as if their wall is not removed, they recur.
Surgery for cyst removal is done under local anesthesia.
It gives a permanent solution.

I am 35 years old a female patient. Few days back I was undergone a surgery for repairing Harnia in Bangladesh. Doctor has cut most of the part of belly button without any consent of me or my gurdian. Now I am stable but I am bit concern of my future health as one the most important part of my body (belly button) was missed.
Female | 35
Hearing about your missing belly button might be disconcerting, but be confident that your health will not be affected because of it. Your navel does not take part in your health's normal job, so you should be fine. Anyway, however, always watch for any discomfort or abnormality, such as pain or swelling in that specific area. If you do notice something different then you should consult a doctor.

I have a cut injury please help what should I do in this injury
Female | 28
You may observe red and swollen areas, pain, and bleeding. First off, wash the cut with soap and water in a careful way. Next, press a clean piece of cloth against the cut to stop the bleeding. Ultimately, cover it with a bandage for protection. Watch for signs of infection, which are usually redness, heat, or pus, and report them. However, if it looks infected, get treatment right away. Take care and be well!

Male | 20
Having a high fever and mild headache can make you feel pretty crummy. These symptoms can be due to an infection, like the flu or a cold. Taking acetaminophen can help bring down the fever and ease your headache. Rest, drink plenty of fluids, and keep an eye on your temperature. If your symptoms don't improve or worsen, it's important to reach out for further advice.
