Hi, Patient's age is 73 years diagnosed with Cancer prostate and bone metastasis. What is the next treatment? Already underwent angioplasty before 4 years.

Hello Moncy! In this case, as you say bone metastasis has occurred then the prostate cancer is above Stage 2. In higher stages of prostate cancer or metastatic prostate cancer by treatment you can only slow down the spread of the cancer but there is no cure to it.
Prostate cancer treatment options which can slow down the spread are as follows:
Hormone Therapy: This treatment is also known as Androgen Ablation Therapy in which they suppresses testosterone formation which reduces the spread and formation of the cancer causing Prostate Specific Antigen (PSA)
Chemotherapy: If the patient does not respond to Hormone Therapy then chemotherapy is administered. Here they will give the patients anti cancer drugs like Docetaxel via Intra Venus line (IV).
Immunotherapy: They will inject an injection like Provenge which would have antibodies into the patient to prolong their survival.

Three years back I was diagnosed with Colon cancer and treated for that. I was cancer-free after the treatment. But recently, I had to do a CT scan for a non-cancer purpose and then the doctor said there is a spot. So he asked me to have some other tests. Then one tumor was discovered during the PET scan, it's a new one. It's a particularly aggressive malignancy, and I'm losing a significant portion of my liver. And I'll have to go through chemo once more. I feel numb to thinking about the trauma I have to go through again. Can you please help with a doctor for a second opinion?

I'm 52 years old and have stopped periods since December 2019. Three years ago, I had left breast pain. I consulted a clinic and everything turned out well after mammograms and other procedures.
