so many techniques we can use like dry needling with stimulator, cupping kinetic and stretching exercise etc. but before appling any technique assesment is must.

To stretch and strengthen your Achilles tendon, follow these steps:

  • Hold on to staircase railings
  • Stand at the edge of the bottom step
  • Adjust feet position so half of each foot is on the step. Stand in a way so you can move your heels up and down without hitting the floor. 
  • Slowly rise on your tiptoes and then lower your heels as far as possible.
