Please my name is Patricia I have knock knee and flat feet the pain is too much Am in Dubai Can u help me with good doctor I need a very low price Thanks

Answered by Samruddhi Bhartiya

For flat feet your doctor will:

  • Focus on exercises that aim to strengthen your bones & muscles.
  • Go for arthroscopic surgery if there's problems in your bones & tendons.
  • Or suggest reforms relevant to and beneficial for your condition.
  • The surgical costs can be Rs 50,000 to Rs. 2,50,000 in India - that is 2470 dhirams to 12352 dhirams approx in the value of dubai currency.

Knock knees resolve on their own in most cases, but since you are an adult who still faces this condition, thus it's better to seek medical guidance and attention.

  • If it's due to poor bone development then doctor will focus on your intake of vitamin D and calcium.
  • If it's due to excess pressure being exerted on your knees then your doctor will look into your obesity & loosened knee ligaments.
  • if it's some injury or infection affecting knees/leg bones, then your doctor will try to treat that.
  • If there's no improvement in your conditions, then your doctor will move on to surgical procedures which will either use metal constructs to guide & support the growth of your knee, and/or which will align your bones in the right position.
  • The surgical costs can be anywhere in the range of 1,40,000 to Rs. 2,00,000 in India - that is 6917 dhirams to 9881 dhirams approx in the value of dubai currency.

Right hip subchondral sclerosis with fewill defindradiolucent areasnoted inhead of right femur

Male | 34

Subchondral sclerosis is when the bone becomes harder. Radiolucent areas are places where the bone isn’t as dense. These changes can cause pain and stiffness in the hip area. They may occur because of natural aging processes and wear and tear on our bodies over time. To relieve these symptoms, try doing exercises or going for physical therapy sessions.

Navicular bone hurts very much

Male | 32

Navicular pain can happen due to stress fractures, tendonitis, arthritis, structural issues, injuries, or ill-fitting footwear. Avoid self diagnosis and seek advice from an orthopedist for your foot pain.

I got little accident by scooty I felt 3 days before.. there is no more scratch... But my toe (leg) is swelled and bood clott got reddish patch and having pain.. please suggest me what to do.

Female | 17

You may be suffering from a blood clot in your leg as a result of the accident. Injury to the leg causes blood to pool and form a clot causing swelling, redness, and pain. This is serious because the clot may break free and travel to other parts of your body. Elevate your leg above your heart, apply ice, and take a break. When the pain persists or becomes severe, go to the nearest hospital immediately.

Lower back and hip pain. Been to chiropractor twice and muscle relaxers not working

Female | 37

Lower back and hip pain result from many factors, like muscle strain, arthritis, or slip disc. It is better to consult a orthopedist for a proper diagnosis and treatment. An orthopedist can talk about physical therapy, medication and surgery if needed. Remember not to use self-medication and medical consultation to manage the pain.

Hi I'm a 16 yo male and I have poor posture, I used to think that I have minor kyphosis , forward neck , rounded shoulders with scapular winging for which I had consulted a orthopedic doctor he told me to do spine and chest xray, After looking at the xray he told me that my posture is not seen as a deformity and it will cause no problems THE FINDINGS IN MY XRAY REPORT ARE ~Xray report of lumbo sacral spine (ap+lat) • sacralization of lumbar vertebra noted • straightening of lumbar curvature noted • reduced disc space noted between lumbar vertebrae ~Xray report of cervical spine (ap+lat) •Mild straightening of cervical curvature noted •bilateral cervical ribs noted •impression - cervical spondylosis ..........but I think due to my posture I get injuries while heavy workout and few months before I got injured while doing wide arm push up. The injury resulted in pain in shoulders for 3 days and a lower soilder for days until I watched a video on YT how to stretch to fix it.......how ever it was gone and now Im left with uneven collar bones at the chest due to which the mobility is different in both hands. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
