Given the dearth of money, you should take your relative to a Government or a Charitable Hospital to meet a Hepatologist. He will conduct tests and confirm whether your relative has cancer or not. The only issue with Government/ Charitable Hospitals is that you will have to wait a considerable amount of time till your turn for treatment comes.
